Bullet Notification of an Attempted Robbery

WHEN: Monday, 9/11/06 at 7:15 PM

WHERE: 311 Waverly Avenue

HOW: As a student approached the corner of Comstock Avenue at Waverly Avenue, he was approached by four males. The males surrounded him as they pushed him back and forth while asking what was in his book bag. The suspects threatened the victim although no weapon was seen. This conduct continued until a community member intervened. At this point the suspects got back in their vehicle, a black Chevrolet Impala, and drove off. There was no loss and the victim was not injured.

Victims described suspects as: #1 - male, black, light complexion, 18–20 yrs., 6’ 2” tall, 250 lbs., wearing glasses; #2 male, black, dark complexion, 18-20 yrs, wearing a red ball cap w/ a NY emblem; #3 & #4 males, black, dark complexion, 18-20 yrs., one wearing a baggy white t-shirt.
