Notification of a Strong Arm Robbery

July 10, 2006 (Date Issued: 7/11/06; DPS #2006-26146 / SPD #2006-310978)

WHEN: Monday, 7/10/06 at 9:45 p.m.

WHERE: 400 Jamesville Avenue

HOW: As a student walked along Jamesville Avenue talking on his cell phone he was accosted by two unknown men who exited a four door, older model, maroon vehicle. The subjects punched the victim, and stole his wallet and cell phone. The victim sustained superficial injuries, and the suspects fled the scene in their vehicle. The victim continued to his destination and later reported the incident to DPS on 7/11/06 at 1:20 PM.

Victim described the suspect as: #1 - a male, black, thin build, 18-25 years of age, 6' tall, wearing a long white t-shirt, blue pants, a baseball cap, and white shoes; #2 - a male, black, heavy build, 18-25 years of age, short black hair, wearing a t-shirt and dark pants.
