Notification of a Menacing

April 18, 2006 (Date Issued: 4/19/06; DPS #2006-16179 / SPD #2006-211989)

WHEN: Tuesday, 4/18/06 at 8:30 p.m.

WHERE: Waverly Street Pay Lot

HOW: As a female student reached her parked vehicle an unknown male approached her brandishing a pocketknife. The victim, who was talking on her cell phone, was able to enter her vehicle safely, and avoid any direct contact with the suspect. The suspect made several undistinguishable statements as the victim drove out of the lot.

Victim described the suspect as: a male, white, with short brown hair, in his 20’s, 5’6” – 5’8’’ tall, wearing large dark sunglasses, a baggy black leather jacket, an oversize white t-shirt, and baggy khaki pants.
