Congratulations to Donna Adams, Associate Director for Public Safety on being a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award, which honors individuals in the Greater Syracuse area that are among the best and the brightest of the Syracuse area's young professionals. The 40 winners, each of whom has had a positive impact on his or her respective business and on the community as a whole, are selected by a panel of judges. The winners were honored in a special section of The Business Journal as well as ata luncheon at The OnCenter on November 12, 2009.
