DPS Offers Free LiveSafe Mobile App for Fall 2015 

The Syracuse University Department of Public Safety has contracted with LiveSafe, a "mobile blue light" application. The app combines a SafeWalk virtual escort feature, a crime tip reporting capability that allows users to attach digital assets like phone photo or video recordings, and much more. Read more  




Parking Your Bike on Campus? Use a U-bolt Lock!  

Students, faculty and staff riding their bicycles on campus should secure their bikes to designated racks with U-bolt locks. Cable and chain locks are easily cut, whereas U-bolts offer more protection against theft. Read more
